The City of Carrollton is forging ahead with the expansion of its Downtown Master Plan, vying for an economic boost by developing the East and West sides of the DART Green Line. Carrollton's officials have called upon the public to play a key role in shaping this vision, with two pivotal workshops arranged for April 29 and June 12.
