A 17-year-old male has been charged with two felony counts of aggravated vehicular hijacking after authorities claim he was involved in a carjacking incident last month, which left a 13-year-old boy threatened at gunpoint. According to the Chicago Police Department, the teenager was arrested on the 1100 block of S. Hamilton on April 16, 2024.

The incident in question occurred on March 30, 2024, in the 2200 block of S.
