A shooting in Wellington, Florida has left a man hospitalized following a dispute on Tuesday night. The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office responded to the incident which took place around 9 p.m. in the vicinity of the 13900 block of Barberry Court, the victim whose identity has not been disclosed, sustained injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening, as WPTV News Channel 5 West Palm reports.

However, when authorities arrived at the scene the man shot was unforthcoming with details and "elected not to supply deputies information" which would cast a light upon the events preceding his injury, the details that emerged later indicated an altercation between the man and woman escalated with a third party intervening and subsequently firing upon the man, as per WPTV.
