According to the Washington State Patrol, the crash involved three vehicles and resulted in the closure of the ramp to southbound SR-167, impeding commuters in the Wednesday morning rush. FOX13 Seattle reports that the accident occurred around 4:23 a.m., when a driver, reportedly under the influence, lost control of their car around a curve and collided head-on with another vehicle.
