Plantation Police described Emmanuel as a Black male, last noticed wearing black pants, a gray shirt, along with slides branded Nike in black and carrying a black backpack, according to detectives searching for the missing man. Stated by officials, last seen, he stands at five feet six inches tall, possesses brown hair and eyes.
