Following the incident, the store was temporarily closed to allow for an investigation into the circumstances of the fight; it has since been reopened for business. ViloriaJimenez is now facing charges of culpable negligence actual injury, with WTSP 10 News noting that detectives are continuing their efforts to ascertain the full details of the events leading up to the altercation.
