The City is recognizing participants with eight awards, specifically targeting different life stages and adherence to the “Lewisville Big Moves” initiative. Those who excel will be acknowledged in a ceremony by the Mayor and City Council come December.
Specially tailored categories in the competition range from age-specific brackets, like those designated for older adults over 55, to youth categories reaching down to elementary school children. There's also a focus on professional architects. A spectrum of awards, starting from $250 and going up to $2,000, seeks to incentivize creativity that spans generations and expertise levels.
