Spotted: Burbling Brook Spouts From Pavement Rupture On Duncan Street

"The road is opening up on Duncan between Diamond Heights and Douglass," writes tipster Charlie H., who sent in the above photo today.

"There is a work crew about a block away; working in the new cistern at Duncan/Amber.  I’m not sure if this is related, but just a block down the hill, there is water coming out of the road—which has buckled in two places."
