Looking to chow down on some Thai fare? A new spot has you covered. Located at 2703 Sunset Blvd. in Silver Lake, the fresh arrival is called Isaan Classic Thai.

Located on the ground floor of a motel, the new eatery, which is unrelated to Isaan Station in K-Town, is bringing authentic Thai flavors to the neighborhood.

You can expect to find traditional Thai dishes such as Tum Thai (green papaya salad with peanuts and dried shrimp), Pla Phoa (authentic Thai grilled fish coated in a thick layer of salt) and other appetizers, soups, noodle dishes, salads, grilled items, street food-style dishes and specials for less than $17 each.

With a four-star rating out of six reviews on Yelp so far, Isaan Classic Thai is getting solid feedback from clientele.

Yelper H., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on July 16th, said: "In our opinion, this new place is as close to the traditional Isaan Thai food as one can get, AT THIS TIME, and in Los Angeles. The food taste is excellent! The portions in comparison to the prices are quite reasonable."

And Tyrone W. said: "Not like the usual Thai places I've been to, but still very good. I want to say it's very authentic but I've never been to Thailand, so I can't really say that, and but the flavors were on point."

Interested? Stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood. Isaan Classic Thai is open Tuesday–Friday from 12pm-3pm and 5pm–11pm, and weekends from noon–11pm.
