Looking to chow down on some seafood? A new spot has you covered. The fresh addition to Hollywood, called Chelle's Seafood, is located at 6325 Hollywood Blvd.

As a New England-inspired seafood eatery, Chelle's serves up a robust menu of oceanic eats. Clams, lobster, mussels and crab legs are sold by the pound, and appetizers include bacon wrapped scallops and fried calamari. Look for clam chowder served in a sourdough bread bowl, Fisherman's Wharf style—and if you've come with an appetite or a date, there's always the two-person "fisherman's platter," featuring a pound of lobster, peel-and-eat shrimp, crab legs, andouille sausage, corn and potatoes (and don't miss the $5 shot menu with rum, whiskey and vodka options aplenty).

With a five-star rating out of nine reviews on Yelp so far, the new bar is on its way to developing a local fan base.

Emily T., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on June 30th, said: "If you have been told to leave Hollywood Blvd to find great quality food, look no further. AT LAST, an amazing, and exciting restaurant has opened on the boulevard."

Yelper Cheryl P. added: “AMAZING!!! Incredible staff! So friendly and attentive. The food is so freaking good. Worth every penny! We had the oysters, fish tacos and shrimp tacos."

And Tricia T. said: "The food was wonderful! Light and delicious, which is a rare find on a boulevard all about tourism. The fish was fresh and the drinks were amazing!"

You can anticipate spending $11-$30 per person on a visit to Chelle's Seafood, as it's marked as two dollar signs on Yelp.

Interested? Stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood. Chelle's Seafood is open daily from noon–midnight.
