An independent new drugstore has opened its doors in the neighborhood. The new addition to Glendale, called Royal Pharmacy Drugs, is located at 1101 1/2 W. Glenoaks Blvd.

Pharmacists Ara Boyadjian and Haik Sargsyan believe in treating all of their customers "like royalty." The store offers traditional over-the-counter products and medicine, and the owners provide a wide array of services, including free delivery, monthly health screenings, flu shots and immunizations, and private consultations.

The owners are also working on an app patients can download to help manage prescriptions and refill orders any day of the week. 

With a five-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp so far, the new drugstore has already made a good impression.

Chris O., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on July 24th, said: "New Business. Great service, didn't have to wait, fast transactions. Best Pharmacy in town!!!! Thank you Haik and Ara, and see you guys next time."
