A new Chinese and Indian spot has debuted in the neighborhood. The new arrival to Reseda, called Samrath Indian and Chinese Cuisine, is located at 8241 Tampa Ave.
This popular fast-food Indian eatery recently sold to new owners, who are keeping the tradition alive, but adding Chinese cuisine to the menu as well.
On the Indian side of the menu, expect to see items from the tandoor oven like chicken, rotti, kabobs and more. There are an array of curries on offer, too, like fish, shrimp, chicken, goat and more. Several vegan options round out the menu, like soy ribs korma and soy curry.
As for the new Chinese fare, look for featured items like dumplings, chow mien, kung pow chicken, salt and pepper shrimp, and more. (You can check out the Indian menu here and the Chinese menu here.)
With a four-star rating out of 13 reviews on Yelp so far, Samrath Indian and Chinese Cuisine has gotten a good response.
Kimberly N., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on October 13th, said: "Everybody stop what you're doing, the Earth just shook! For those of you who enjoy Indian food, you will really love this place. It has a clean new look and the food is ready when you are."
