Top Hair proprietor Chloe has over 30 years experience in the industry, and recently opened her first solo venture in the valley. It offers a variety of salon services like cuts for men and women, coloring, permanents, Japanese straightening, keratin treatment and more.
The new addition has garnered rave reviews thus far, with a five-star rating out of two reviews on Yelp.
Gie N., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on October 17th, said: "Chloe has been my hair stylist since 2015 and back when she was still employed at another hair salon. She is very good at what she does and is very sweet to her clients."
Yelper Sam N. added: “Been going to Chloe for 3 years now! She used to be at another salon and but she recently became the proud new owner of Top Hair. She cuts our entire family's hair and always makes sure we are happy.”
