A new spot to score coffee, tea and more has opened for business in the neighborhood. The new arrival to Boyle Heights, Starbucks Coffee, is located at 1106 Cornwell St.
This new Starbucks Coffee—which opened in the former Burger King space—is a full-service café with a drive-through window for folks on the go.
In addition to serving popular items like Frappuccinos, lattes, mochas, hot breakfast sandwiches, and more, this locations offers nitro cold brew as well.
With a four-star rating out of 15 reviews on Yelp so far, the new Starbucks is getting solid feedback from clientele.
Saul R., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on October 12th, said: "Hands down one of the better customer service locations I've ever been to! I've been a coffee addict for about five years now and have spent hundreds on Starbucks, but this location being so close to home has the best staff and environment inside the store."
Yelper Rodrigo O. added: “Fairly new spot and customer service is good. So far it hasn't been too busy of a spot to get a cup of coffee. Also one of the few spots that has nitro cold brew & it's awesome."
And Aaron T. said: "Wow! This location sprung up so fast! One day a Burger King and the next day a Starbucks! Finally can stop by in the way to/from work. There's a drive-thru here, as well as a rather large cafe area."
