A new Mediterranean spot has debuted in the neighborhood. Located at 3909 Beverly Blvd. in the Wilshire Center, the new arrival is called Jerusalem Restaurant.
This new restaurant specializes in shawarma, falafel, house-made hummus, and kabobs, with a variety of options to choose from. After your meal, there is a hookah lounge on-site as well, with an array of flavors on hand.
With a five-star rating out of 11 reviews on Yelp so far, the new addition is on its way to developing a local fan base.
Morgan S., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on October 18th, said: "BEST shawarma I've ever had! Can't wait to try the rest! And Max is the nicest guy ever and he can help with anything you need!"
Yelper Mike Q. added: “This spectacular cozy restaurant is a beautiful upgrade from its predecessor, Beverly Chicken. No expense was spared to tile the walls, add a gorgeous counter bar, garden etc.”
