A new Brazilian spot has opened for business in the neighborhood. The newcomer to Burbank, called Pampas Grill, is located at 269 E Palm Ave.

This new churrascaria—which has two other Southern California locations, in Culver City and at the Original Farmer's Market—features an array of popular Brazilian mainstays.

On the menu, expect to see grilled items like picanha (sirloin cap), garlic beef, pork loin, spicy chicken thighs and Brazilian sausage. As for sides, look for garlic rice, fried plantains, yucca, black beans, collard greens and mashed potatoes.

There's also a selection of traditional salads like hearts of palm, eggplant, corn, balsamic tomatoes and onions and more.

Rounding things out are desserts like pudin de leite and passion fruit mousse. (You can check out the full menu here.)

With a five-star rating out of 17 reviews on Yelp so far, the newcomer is on its way to developing a local fan base.

Samya C., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on October 21st, said: "This is my favorite Brazilian steakhouse in town! You pay just what you have in your plate! The Picanha (sirloin in cap) is my favorite. Very good price and they have a full bar."

Yelper Colton C. added: “I got an email from Pampas about the grand opening of the new location in Burbank and their promo for 50% off (food only) until Oct 25. I visited this location last night and I went inside and every staff friendly.”

And Lucia B. said: "Came here for opening night. We've been waiting for this place to open for a while. Every time we go to the farmers market at The Grove the line for Pampas is huge, so we knew this had to be good."

Intrigued? Stop in to try it for yourself. Pampas Grill is open daily from 11am–9pm.
