Looking to chow down on some Greek and Mediterranean cuisine? A new spot has you covered. Located at 1412 South St. in Graduate Hospital, the new arrival is called Yeeroh.

This new spot bills itself as a fast-casual modern Greek eatery specializing in traditional gyros, souvlaki sandwiches, and salads. All of the items on the menu are customizable.

For wraps, diners can start with a choice of protein like chicken gyro or souvlaki, pork, lamb, or veggies; add a sauce like hummus or tzatziki; and then select French fried potatoes or zucchini fries as a side. They can also order the same items as a plate, with pita, cucumber, red onions, and Kalamata olives on the side.

Rounding out the menuare salads like the "Rocket Salad," with arugula, pine nuts, parmesan flakes, and pork gyro; and the "Spartan Salad," with spinach, olives, crumbled goat cheese, walnuts, and chicken.

With a 4.5-star rating out of 13 reviews on Yelp so far, Yeeroh has already made a good impression.

Abraham K., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on October 21st, said: "These portions are huge. The photos up right now were definitely representative of what you get. For $12, you get fries, a stack of meat and veggies, and maybe 3 pita breads sliced up into quarters."

Yelper Vinicius M. added: “Well let's start off with the cool niche ambience of this place. Came in on a Sunday night and was promptly received with a smile and all questions answered.”

And Sarah A. said: "Friendly service by the owner himself, Yiannys! Absolutely delicious (and generous) tray with pork (great flavor), tzatziki spread (seriously good), cucumber, red onion, and and kalamata olives."

Interested? Stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood. Yeeroh is open Friday and Saturday from 11am–3am, and Sunday–Thursday from 11am–10pm.
