Looking to chow down on some Italian fare? A new spot has you covered. Called Red Stone Bistro, the fresh addition is located at 2635 Whittier Blvd. in Boyle Heights.

This new spot features a variety of Italian-inspired fare, including salads, burgers, pizzas, and more. 

On the menu, expect to see items like the "Marty Meatball" sandwich with marinara and fresh parmesan, the "Italian Blues" salad with romaine lettuce and bleu cheese, and the "Red Stone Burger," with a housemade bacon-infused patty on a brioche bun. 

For pizzas, look for "Havarti Ally" with pesto, mushrooms, and havarti cheese; or the "Angry Italian" with sausage, pepperoni, peppers and onions. The selection of Italian desserts includes tiramisu, panna cotta, cheesecake, and more. 

The fresh arrival has garnered rave reviews thus far, with a five-star rating out of 12 reviews on Yelp.

Adrian A., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on October 7th, said: "Food is classy and delicious. I ordered a sandwich with pesto and chicken—try it! The chef specializes in Italian dishes."
