Burbank cafe Bite Me has closed its doors, but it's not the end of the road for the location.

According to a Yelp post, Bite Me's owners are reimagining the eatery as a sushi restaurant, opening date to be determined.

Bite Me, which debuted back in October 2016, offered a selection of wraps, sandwiches, salads and more. Complete with wings, beer taps and a flat-screen TV, Bite Me boasted a cafe-meets-sports-bar ambiance that garnered it four stars out of 247 reviews on Yelp.

Keep your eyes peeled for the new sushi spot on its way to 520 S. Glenoaks Blvd.
