A new Mediterranean spot, offering wraps and kebabs, has debuted in the neighborhood. The newcomer to Glendale, called Hot Pan Shawarma Grill, is located at 831 N. Pacific Ave.
The new eatery can be found inside Big Square, a grocery store that specializes in Armenian, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean products.
Diners can expect to find six different wraps on the menu, like the chicken shish kebab, pork kebab and more. If you're looking for something a bit heartier, opt for one of the plates, which includes your choice of meat, along with rice, lavash, two sides and grilled veggies.

Hot Pan Shawarma Grill has made a good impression thus far, with a four-star rating out of two reviews on Yelp.
Artur s., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on April 3, said, "Glad we tried this new restaurant which is placed in a new supermarket. Food was delicious, fresh meat and vegetables. Tasty fried tomatoes. Wish I lived closer."
Yelper Lolia S. added, “Hot Pan is inside the newish Armenian market, Big Square. It looks newly remodeled and chain like, but I believe this is the only location. They have appetizers, beef and chicken shawarma, kebabs, burgers and sides."
Hot Pan Shawarma Grill is now open at 831 N. Pacific Ave. from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
