Daikon is a Vietnamese spot that specializes in banh mi and more.

Check out the pork banh mi, which has house pickles, jalapeños, cilantro, Thai basil, mint and your choice of sauce. Or opt for the braised jackfruit if you're looking for a vegan option. You can also customize your own sandwich, salad or bowl.

With a four-star Yelp rating out 24 reviews, Daikon has been getting positive attention.

Yelper Meagan N., who reviewed Daikon on June 6, wrote, "It's summer in Denver and there's nothing more refreshing than a fresh herbs loaded Daikon bahn mi. After eating here twice in 24 hours I have leave a review telling everyone they need to get into."

Francis W. noted, "This place is trendy and the staff is nice, but the quality of the bahn mi just did not feel authentic. It's a nice idea and I surely appreciate there approach, but not something I would go back to again."

Tacos Tequila Whiskey is a cocktail bar and Mexican spot at Governor's Park.

Head to this chain's third Denver location for a variety of street style tacos including the Shrimp & Scallop Xnic-Pec which has pan-roasted shrimp and scallops, yucatan pico de gallo, avocado crema and lime, or Vegan 1944 with sautéed spinach, roasted chile poblano, corn, salsa abuela, avocado, pico de gallo. 

Tacos Tequila Whiskey's current rating of four stars out of 18 reviews on Yelp indicates the newcomer is finding its way, but it's still early days.

With a 3.5-star rating out of 139 reviews on Yelp, Bang Up To The Elephant! is still finding its way, but it's early days.

Yelper Jenny F., who reviewed Bang Up To The Elephant! on May 5, wrote, "I'm a fan. We only did appetizers and drinks but I'd come back! The Lady Bird cocktail was fab. I'm usually all about trying several but this was a repeat."
