Buredo
111 K St. NE

Buredo is a sushi bar and Asian fusion spot with six locations around town. This NoMa outpost showcases the chain's "burrito-size sushi rolls, salads and bowls," per its website.
Combinations include the Nikkia with charred salmon, salmon roe, kimchi slaw, shishito pepper and creamy sesame sauce, and the vegan Pretty Riki with sweet chili organic tofu, spicy beets, carrots, jicama and yuzu miso sauce.
Buredo currently holds 3.5 stars out of three reviews on Yelp.
Yelper Robert H., who reviewed the fast-casual spot on June 6, wrote, "The staff were friendly. Prices are a little expensive, but then again it is cheaper than a food truck."
Iris S. noted, "This Buredo location is fairly equidistant between the NoMa and Union Station metro stops, and is a great boost to the NoMa area, which currently lacks options other than the cluster at Union Market. This space itself is small with limited seating. Definitely a grab-and-go type of joint."
Buredo is open from 11 a.m.–9 p.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m.–5 p.m. on Saturday. (It's closed on Sunday.)
Green Leaf Cafe
1102 Eighth St. SE

Green Leaf Cafe is a quick-service eatery that offers breakfast all day near the Navy Yard.
The menu consists of simple salads, like the Caesar and the Berry Farm (chicken, seasonal berries, almonds, honey mustard and cucumber), along with egg-based breakfasts and sandwiches like the turkey club and vegan wrap (avocado, arugula, veggies and balsamic vinegar).
Green Leaf Cafe currently has one three-star review on Yelp.
Yelper Jenifer S. wrote, "Got a roast chicken sub as they were out of turkey, with lettuce tomato and mayonnaise on a baguette. Good size and tasted fine."
Green Leaf Cafe is open from 7 a.m.–8 p.m. on Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m.–9 p.m. on Friday, 8 a.m.–7 p.m. on Saturday, and 9 a.m.–5 p.m. on Sunday.
ElectionCycle Dc
1108 H St. NE

Next up, ElectionCycle DC is a cycling studio on H Street. Political puns abound, but the classes are straightforward, high-intensity interval training sessions from 30 to 60 minutes offered every day of the week, including evenings on weekdays.
Weights are available to intensify your workout, and locker rooms and showers are available.
Yelpers are generally positive about ElectionCycle DC, which currently holds four stars out of two reviews on the site.
Yelper Kate R., who reviewed the new fitness studio on April 4, wrote, "The staff is really great and doing their best with what they have. They have a few kinks to work out, but I think H Street is such a developing area full of eclectic bars and hipsters that this place works."
S B. added, "I'm sure my butt will hurt tomorrow, but I had a great workout and will definitely be returning for more. The cold eucalyptus towel at the end was an added bonus (and smelled great!)."
ElectionCycle DC is open from 5:30–8 a.m., 11:30 a.m.–1 p.m., and 5–7 p.m. on Monday, 5:30–8 a.m. and 5–9 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday, and 5:30–8 a.m., 11:30 a.m.–1 p.m., and 5–8 p.m. on Wednesday and Friday. (It's closed on weekends.)
Clean Eatz
816 H St. NE

Finally, East Coast-based fast-casual chain Clean Eatz is now open in the former Mythology space in the Atlas District.
Think wraps, bowls and salads, with ingredients like quinoa, salmon and an array of veggies, though there are chicken and beef options, as well. Meal plans take portion-size decisions out of your hands and feature ready-to-eat meals you can take home.
Clean Eatz is off to a strong start with four stars out of 16 reviews on the site.
Yelper Gabbrielle J. wrote, "Everything is so healthy. I definitely recommend this place if you are very health conscious. They tell all of the calorie and nutrition information of their food."
Allison N. noted, "This place is exactly as it says it is: clean eats. That means you aren't going to find greasy food or processed food here. Most of the meal plans are simple: a protein, vegetable and some kind of starch."
Clean Eatz is open from 7 a.m.–9 p.m. on Monday-Saturday and 10 a.m.–5 p.m. on Sunday.
