Archetype Distillery
119 S. Broadway

Archetype Distillery, which is housed in a long-abandoned theater, distills its own spirits: Archangel vodka and Archrival gin.
The bar incorporates those spirits into signature cocktails, like the vodka-based Kitty Galore with ginger beer sugar and citric acid and the gin-infused Archetype Tonice and Lime with tonic and lime atomizer, served with pistachios. See the full drink menu here.
Yelpers are excited about Archetype Distillery, which currently holds five stars out of 11 reviews on the site.
Yelper Lauren P. wrote, "This abandoned building now produces beautiful gin and vodka, with subtle sweetness and the smoothest finish this side of the Atlantic. Thanks to the owners' distilling forefathers, they have brought to us a perfectly crafted spirit that makes a wonderful cocktail or can be sipped on its own."
Sarah M. noted, "Archetype bottled the best parts of Denver's downtown origins, its open space spirit, its flavor for nature. Archetype has captured what it tastes like to belong to Denver."
Archetype Distillery is open from 4–9 p.m. on Tuesday-Thursday and 4–10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. (It's closed on Monday and Sunday.)
