Additionally, it has a 12,000-square-foot patio under construction (set to open later this fall), which will be the largest patio in Denver, according to 303 Magazine. The patio will play host to up to six food trucks at once.

Also in the works are plans to bring in local live music, art installations and community events.

Yelpers are excited about Improper City, which currently holds 4.5 stars out of three reviews on the site.

Yelper Michael C., who was the first to review it on July 21, wrote, "Lots of great food trucks come through, they have 30 or so beers on tap, wine on tap and even cocktails on tap. The upstairs is a great spot to take a coffee in the morning and crank out some work."

Sadie B. added, "Seating is versatile and spacious, decorations are beyond trendy and there is even a phone room for business calls! On days I work remotely I will definitely be coming here as there is coffee and such during the day, and then beers and cocktails for the evenings and nights."

Improper City is open from 7 a.m.–midnight on weekdays, 8 a.m.–midnight on Saturday, and 8 a.m.–10 p.m. on Sunday.

Denver Ted's is a spot to score cheesesteaks and more. The eatery was a popular spot in Capitol Hill that closed down in May 2017. According to the Denver Post, it was supposed to open up again in July of that year, but was delayed until now.

The menu offers cheesesteak sandwiches like the Peyton (pepperoni, marinara and provolone), the Elway (lettuce, tomato, mayo, Cheez Whiz, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper) and the Real Baconator (mushrooms, mayo and bacon). (See the full menu here.)

With a 4.5-star rating out of 19 reviews on Yelp, Denver Ted's has been getting positive attention.

Yelper James L., who reviewed the eatery on July 7, wrote, "Best cheesesteaks in Denver! Hot, fresh and delicious. The fries were good too. Local beer list was nice. And they have Sorry built into their tables, so you can play while you wait. Great vibe inside and out."

Patrick S. added, "This place is a Denver staple. For a long time it was the secret of Capitol Hill, but it's great to see these cheesesteaks have found their way into prime time right next to the ballpark area."

Denver Ted's is open from 11 a.m.–11 p.m. daily.
