A new spot to score desserts has opened for business in the neighborhood. Called The Rollin' Girls, the new arrival is located at 4114 Boardwalk.
Opened by two friends from Romania, The Rollin' Girls was inspired by summers in Wildwood and by internet stories of bubble waffles, according to welovewildwood.com. The result is a boardwalk storefront serving those fluffy egg waffles filled with ice cream, fruit, candy and cookies. Other offerings include coffee, fresh-squeezed lemonade, milkshakes, smoothies and açaí bowls.
With a five-star rating out of two reviews on Yelp so far, The Rollin' Girls has been warmly received by patrons.
Mehmet K S., who reviewed the new spot on July 4, wrote, "Best fruit Nutella ice cream ever. Must try! Also, good quality fresh and friendly service."
Yelper Rajesh P. added, “The staff is awesome and very attentive. The bubble waffle is beyond awesome. There is a flat version and a fold-up version. I highly recommend this place.”
