Kale Me Crazy, an Atlanta, Georgia-based organic juice and smoothie chain, has debuted its first Denver location at 3231 Lowell Blvd. While the new addition focuses on its signature cold-pressed juices and smoothies, it also offers a variety of trendy health foods like poke and açaí bowls, plus coffee and tea.

Smoothies include the Recharge, which has kale, chard, coconut yogurt, almond milk, banana and vegan protein; cold-pressed juices like the Pear-adise, which has pear, pineapple, spinach and ginger, and the Beet'l Juice, which has apple, carrot, beet, celery, lime and ginger, are also on offer.

For diners who want a full meal that's also healthy, Kale Me Crazy makes a deluxe açaí bowl topped with banana, granola, chia seeds, hemp seeds, goji berries, sliced almonds, blueberries and raw honey; and avocado toast on Ezekiel bread with an organic hard boiled egg, Dijon mustard, and scallion mix.(You can check out the full menu here.)

Yelp users are generally positive about Kale Me Crazy, which currently holds four stars out of 14 reviews on the site.

Yelper Katie H., who was the first to review the smoothie shop on May 5, wrote, "Solid selection of smoothies and juices. I will definitely be back!"

And Yelper Ronnie T. added, "Friendly staff and high-quality products! I stopped in during the week and ordered an Aloe Vera shot. It tasted amazing and it was only $2."

Kale Me Crazy is open from 7 a.m.–8 p.m. on weekdays, 9 a.m.–8 p.m. on Saturday, and 9 a.m.–6 p.m. on Sunday.

Spice Room is an Indian restaurant offering both lunch and dinner buffets as well as an a la carte menu. Chefs Ashok Raj Joshi and Chhabi Lal Pokharel are serving up Indian and Nepalese classic dishes with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, as we recently reported.

Diners will find an array of traditional dishes for carnivores, vegetarians and vegans, including samosas, chicken tikka masala and saag paneer. Starters like the chicken momos (Nepali dumplings) with pickled tomatoes, and drinks like the rose lassi may complete the meal. (You can check out the full menu here.)

With a 4.5-star rating out of 53 reviews on Yelp, Spice Room is well on its way to building a local fanbase.

Yelper Niki S. wrote, "As an Indian person (yes, it's important), I have to say that this is the best Indian I've had in Denver. ... They make a really good samosa and the gulab jamun rival my mom's (sorry, mom)."

And Chessa B., who reviewed Spice Room on July 7, added, "Chickpea bread, crunchy. Onion bhaji, crisp and savory. ... Chicken madrass was creamy and the chicken was tender. Lamb curry ordered "Indian hot" was flavorfully spicy without being vicious. Lamb was legit."

Spice Room is open from 11 a.m.–9:30 p.m. on Monday-Saturday and 11 a.m.–9 p.m. on Sunday.

Ginginbunbun, located at 40004 W. 38th Ave., is a take-out spot to score sandwiches and salads in a fusion style inspired by a road trip across the United States, as we recently reported. Seating is limited: these sandwiches are intended to be grab and go.

On the menu, customers will find sandwiches like the Korean Street, with an egg omelet filled with cabbage and green onion; and the 38th Ave., filled with shredded chicken, green chilli sour cream, taco shredded cheese, sour cream, red pepper and green pepper. (You can check out the full menu here.)

Yelp users are giving raves to Ginginbunbun, which currently holds five stars out of 36 reviews on the site.

"Now this is a sandwich spot. I've been twice now and had the Korean Street and the Caribbean Hot ham and Swiss and both were incredible. Great bread, dressing and all the good stuff," wrote Yelper Monica K.

And Wendy H. agreed, "Super yummy sammies. The owners were really helpful on what they liked and you can tell they love what they do. We had the Cubano and the stephwich- pure Iowa chopped beef sandwich."

Ginginbunbun is open from 11:30 a.m.–9:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 11:30 a.m.–11 p.m. on Friday, and 11 a.m.–11 p.m. on Saturday. (It's closed on Sunday.)
