According to Eater Denver, the space pays homage to its past life as a 19th century cigar factory and features theater light fixtures, candelabras and a hanging table suspended from the ceiling by steel cables.
The restaurant uses seasonal ingredients and offers wood-fired pizzas, handmade pastas, salads, vegetable dishes and more.

The restaurant has an extensive menu of sushi classics such as sashimi, nigiri, hand rolls and more. Specialty rolls include the Flower Roll with spicy white tuna and avocado wrapped in soy paper, with eight types of fish on top; and the deep-fried Spicy Girl Roll with salmon, crab meat, seaweed salad, avocado and jalapeño.

Now open at 3200 N. Pecos St. in Highland is The Rotary, a traditional American spot in Avanti Food and Beverage. With five stars out of 18 reviews on Yelp, it's off to a strong start. Led by chef and co-owner Don Gragg, the fast-casual eatery was recently named one of Eater Denver's 14 hottest restaurants.
It specializes in Brazilian-style rotisserie meats, including chicken thighs, slow-roasted pork shoulder and picanha (beef sirloin), and features sides like herbed jasmine rice, housemade potato chips and charred cauliflower.
