1. Jimmy's Food Store

Topping the list is Jimmy's Food Store. Located at 4901 Bryan St. in Northeast Dallas, the grocery store and wine tasting room, which offers sandwiches and more, is the highest rated grocery store in Dallas, boasting 4.5 stars out of 772 reviews on Yelp.
The Italian grocer offers specialty items from Italy, including produce, meats, canned and dry goods, wine and more. While you're there, try one of its Italian subs from the in-store deli.
Yelper Thomas P., who reviewed it on Nov. 2, wrote, "Unbelievable jewel. The best Italian beef that I have eaten outside of Chicago. The smell of the place is so inviting and the selection is fantastic. I will certainly be back many times!"
2. Central Market

Next up is M Streets's Central Market, situated at 5750 Lovers Lane. With 4.5 stars out of 502 reviews on Yelp, the grocery store has proven to be a local favorite.
If you're shopping there for Thanksgiving, it offers complete holiday meals. You can also grab individual holiday dishes, like hams, turkeys, gravy, stuffing, casseroles and more. Either way, it offers both curbside pickup and delivery.
Kemp V., who reviewed it on Sept. 8, said, "I love this place. Employees are always friendly and helpful, store is always clean and tidy. Great, fresh produce that's well laid out. "
Responsible for dessert, but haven't got the time (or energy) to cook? Head to one of Dallas's top bakeries, all of which are cranking out autumnal-inspired baked goods and sweet treats perfect for Thanksgiving.
1. Emporium Pies

Topping the list is Emporium Pies. Located at 314 N. Bishop Ave. in Oak Cliff, the bakery, which offers desserts and more, is the most popular sweet spot in Dallas, boasting 4.5 stars out of 1,051 reviews on Yelp.
It specializes in pie, including the Drunken Nut with bourbon pecans and shortbread crust; the Smooth Operator with French silk chocolate and a pretzel crust; the Lord of the Pies with apples and cinnamon streusel; and the Drop Dead Gourdgeous with spicy pumpkin custard and a gingerbread crust. Matt B. wrote, "This place is awesome if you want to check out local brews. They have so many to choose from. As their name states, they also have growlers. You can buy them there if you don't have one already. They range in size, material and cost. Some are glass and some are very well insulated."
2. Goody Goody Liquor
