Topping the list is Trader Joe's. Located at 59 Woodruff Industrial Lane, the spot is the highest rated grocery store in Greenville, boasting 4.5 stars out of 56 reviews on Yelp.
Trader Joe's is a neighborhood grocery store chain with locations across the country. Trader Joe's offers meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables and more. The spot also features beer and wine with seasonal selections available.

2. Whole Foods Market - Greenville

Next up is Whole Foods Market - Greenville, situated at 1140 Woodruff Road, Suite #200. With four stars out of 95 reviews on Yelp, the grocery store and bakery has proven to be a local favorite.
Whole Foods Market is also a national chain with several outposts across the country. The Greenville spot features a butchery, bakery and more. Beer and wine are also available.

Snack Works, located at 612 S. Main St., is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the retail spot, which offers fast food, juice and smoothies and more, 4.5 stars out of 24 reviews.
The grocery store, which also offers dining on-site, features specialty items, drinks and more. From fresh fruit to chicken quesadillas, Snack Works has a wide range of selections to choose from.

4. The Bakery Off Augusta

Check out The Bakery Off Augusta located at 11 Sevier St. The bakery, which offers coffee and tea and more, is the highest rated bakery in Greenville, boasting five stars out of 29 reviews on Yelp.
Don't have time to prepare that dessert you're supposed to bring to your Thanksgiving feast? Try this spot for custom made cakes, cupcakes and more. The Bakery Off Augusta is open from 7 a.m.-6 p.m. on Monday-Friday and 8 a.m.-4 p.m. on Saturday. (It's closed on Sunday.)
5. Greenville Beer Exchange

Next up is Greenville Beer Exchange, situated at 7 S. Laurens St., Suite A. With 4.5 stars out of 18 reviews on Yelp, the spot to score beer has proven to be a local favorite.
If you're challenged as a cook, stop by Greenville Beer Exchange and pick up the perfect six-pack for your Thanksgiving feast. The spot carries everything from classic German and Belgian ales to craft beers from local breweries. Greenville Beer Exchange also offers ciders and has a tap room.
