Mi Lindo Oaxaca is a Mexican restaurant that, according to the Dallas Observer, was formerly on Fort Worth Avenue in a strip mall.

It's about as authentic as you can get when it comes to Mexican food if the memelita con chapulines (fried masa with Oaxaca cheese and crispy grasshoppers) is any indication. Not every dish requires such culinary bravery, however. You can also score mole negro-smothered chicken, enfrijoladas and tacos. It makes its own tortillas and breads on a daily basis, which are served with its dishes.

Mi Lindo Oaxaca Restaurant currently holds four stars out of eight reviews on Yelp, indicating good reviews.

Yelper Luis L., who reviewed Mi Lindo Oaxaca Restaurant on Nov. 11, wrote, "Excellent service! Server was very professional and knew the plates well. Food was delicious, but I would have to say a bit pricey for the meals."

Yelper Emma A. wrote, "The space itself is really cool and very inviting. Dinner started with complimentary chips and a salsa that was new to my palate: somehow both sweet and fiery at the same time."

Mi Lindo Oaxaca Restaurant is open from 10 a.m.–10 p.m. on Monday-Thursday and Sunday, and 10 a.m.–11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
