TRAP Karaoke: Washington, D.C.

You know how karaoke works: sign up, pick a song and sing. This time, though, the music is trap, and your audience is the multitudes at Howard Theater.

Cave/Wume

Unless you can't sing. In which case, Chicago avant-groove band Cave does the performing at Slash Run. Baltimore electronic duo Wume joins the bill.

The Wonder of Christmas

Finally, St. Paul's Lutheran Church plays host to The Thomas Circle Singers. They will be joined by the Commonwealth Brass to perform Christmas carols like Frank Ferko’s “A Festival of Carols” and Kevin Siegfried’s “Vidimus Stellam." There might even be some tunes you know, in which case you'll be encouraged to sing along.
