Yelper Hannah T., who reviewed it on Jan. 14, wrote, "Everything about my visit was amazing. I was greeted by my name, and they took me to my chair almost immediately. They have a great drink menu, and overall the service was fantastic! I got the Milk Rose Pedicure, and my nail tech was so professional and polite!"
And Tee P. noted, "Finally, a nail salon that encompasses everything you've ever wanted! From nails to brows, lashes and even yummy complimentary drinks, what more can a girl ask for?!"

On the menu for the chain company, there soft pretzel party trays, individual pretzels and specialty items such as the pretzel hot dog and spicy sausage, cheesesteak, pepperoni pretzel melt, cinnamon pretzel twist and rivets (mini pretzel bites). Dipping sauces include cheese, honey mustard, chocolate, cinnamon and more.
With a 4.5-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp so far, the new company seems to be a welcome addition to the neighborhood.
Greg S., who was among the first to review it on Dec. 24, said, "These pretzels are the best! I stopped in on Sunday afternoon and the pretzels were hot and tasty. Staff was friendly and fast. I got the regular pretzel, but would try a different one the next time as they had good choices."
Clark P. added, "These are in a league of their own. Initially got a single pretzel, and have come back multiple times for party trays, which have been a big hit at the multiple functions I've taken them to."
It's open from 7 a.m.–8 p.m. on weekdays, 9 a.m.–8 p.m. on Saturday, and 11 a.m.–6 p.m. on Sunday.
Shayna's Place

Shayna's Place is a cafe and breakfast and brunch spot, offering sandwiches and more.
On the breakfast menu, it offers avocado toast, breakfast sandwiches and bagels. For lunch, there are sandwiches, soups and salad. Try the Town Gobbler with roasted turkey, avocado, Swiss cheese, tomato, lettuce and herb mayo on a ciabatta roll, or opt for the Zobra The Greek salad with romaine, cucumbers, banana peppers, tomato, onion, kalamata olives, feta cheese and house dressing. With a four-star Yelp rating out of 14 reviews, Shayna's Place is off to a positive start with locals.
Sereena J., who reviewed it on Nov. 6, wrote, "I have found my new favorite sandwich place! Shayna's Place is beautiful on the inside, with gorgeous wood seating and plenty of room. Once you arrive, you go up to the counter and order what you'd like. I ordered the Traveler sandwich, which has curried chicken salad, golden raisins and a mango chutney with crisp lettuce on ciabatta bread."
And Ariana S. said, "This place feels like a little slice of heaven. Everyone is so friendly and nice, and the service is impeccable. I'm gluten-free, so it's so nice to have an option for sandwiches here!"

Louie King

Louie King is a spot to score barbecue and more.
The barbecue meats are available for purchase by the pound or in a sandwich. Louie King's selection includes brisket, beef ribs, St. Louis ribs, turkey and Pittsburgh hot links. Yelpers are liking the new addition, which currently holds a four-star rating out of 57 reviews.
Hugh R., who was among the first to review it on Oct. 19, said, "The smell of Louie King's barbecue pits has added a whole new dimension to Lower Greenville. It's surprising to learn it comes from such a small storefront. Don't let the small counter service restaurant throw you off, this place serves very large portions that are great to share."
Rick R. noted, "We visited Louie King for lunch today. We had the pork ribs, pork loin and brisket. It was really good, great flavor. Sides were equally good."

Poke Bear

Poke Bear is a Hawaiian spot, offering poke and bubble tea.
The restaurant lets customers build their own poke bowl in a five-step process that includes choosing the base, protein, sauce, mix-ins and toppings, or they can order one of the chef special bowls. There is the Hawaii Five-O bowl with tuna, edamame, red onion, cucumber, tomato, cilantro, dried seaweed, sesame seed and sesame shoyu, or the Rasengan with salmon, orange, red onion, masago, green onion, almonds, avocado and ponzu.
For beverages, check out the wide variety of options like Matcha, tea, milk tea and fresh brewed tea.
Poke Bear is off to a solid start, with a four-star rating from four Yelpers.
