A new spot to score tacos and more has debuted in the neighborhood. Located at 7661 Melrose Ave. in Melrose, the new addition is called Tacos Lobos.

"Top Chef" alumnus Marcel Vigneron is behind the new taco shop. According to Eater, the tacos use handmade tortillas with organic corn. Dishes include jack fruit tacos and cochinita pibil.

Tacos Lobos has gotten good reviews thus far, with a four-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp.

Yelper Michelle J., who was the first to review it on Dec. 25, wrote, “Go visit Tacos Lobos. The food is delicious, and the service is excellent!  We had a wonderful lunch, with beef and chicken tacos with savory salsas. They are dog friendly!”

And Ari R. said, "We ordered the Chicken Tinga and the Crispy Jackfruit tacos. The Crispy Jackfruit were light and crunchy and probably the better of the two. Both were good, but nothing I'd brave this end of Melrose again for."

Head on over to check it out: Tacos Lobos is open from 11 a.m.–6 p.m. daily, except for Tuesday when it's open from 11 a.m.–10 p.m.
