A new New American and Italian spot, offering pizza and more, has debuted in the neighborhood. Called Mattoni Pizza Kitchen, the fresh addition is located at 3500 Wilshire Blvd. on the second floor inside Platform 35 Food Hall in Koreatown.
The menu offers five specialty pizzas, such as the Corn Man with Alfredo sauce, grilled chicken, mozzarella, penne pasta and chopped garlic.
Mattoni Pizza Kitchen has proven popular thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp.
Victoria V., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Feb. 14, wrote, "The pizzas are so good! The prices are very reasonable because the pizza is huge. It's thin crust and baked in a brick oven, so it has the perfect crunch."
Yelper Kay H. added, “Their crust is so good. They press it right there in front of you. They're very generous with the toppings.”
Interested? Stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood. Mattoni Pizza Kitchen is open from 11 a.m.–8:30 p.m. on Monday-Saturday. (It's closed on Sunday.)
