Named after friends Harry Roth and Izzy Rosen, the steakhouse offers a selection of sliders, sandwiches, breakfast, pizza and more. The downtown location marks one of three Indianapolis locations for the restaurant. 

On the menu, look for a 12-ounce ribeye or the six-ounce filet mignon served an array of sides, like fresh-cut fries and French green beans with cashew brown butter. Downtown Indianapolis's Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse, located at 117 E. Washington St., is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the fancy steakhouse and Brazilian spot four stars out of 576 reviews.

Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse has multiple locations across the U.S., Brazil, Mexico and the Middle East, and specializes in the what it bills as Southern Brazilian cuisine, according to its website. 

Expect to see steaks like the Beef Ancho ribeye, the Costela beef ribs, Alcatra top sirloin and Medalhões con bacon. If you're not in the mood for steak, the eatery serves chicken, lamb, pork and seafood, too. 

4. Eddie Merlot's

Over in Keystone at the Crossing, check out Eddie Merlot's in Indianapolis, which has earned four stars out of 167 reviews on Yelp. Treat yourself at the steakhouse and event space, which offers seafood and more, by heading over to 3645 E. 96th St. 

On the menu, look for an assortment of fresh steak cuts, like the prime bourbon ribeye with onion straws or a trio of filet mignon medallions served with peppercorn and a bacon-gorgonzola crust.
