Colorado Springs will see a return of last week's light snowfall today, according to drone-powered weather forecasting service Saildrone. Today's forecast calls for 0.25 inches of snow, while the chance of snow will stick below 45 percent the rest of the week.

The next few days will also bring cooler temperatures, expected to persist through Thursday. Temperatures will turn warmer on Friday, with a high of 65 degrees and climb to 72 degrees on Sunday.

Winds are expected to reach 19 mph today but will calm beginning tomorrow. Skies will turn partly cloudy tomorrow as well.
