According to the restaurant's website, I Love Pho, Menudo & Tacos incorporates both authentic Vietnamese cuisine with traditional Mexican dishes. The menu includes items like pho, spring rolls, tacos and more.
After working with Spanish-speaking customers at his lawn-mower repair shop for many years and realizing their love for pho, owner Binh Phan decided to combine both Vietnamese and Mexican cuisines, reported The Business Journal.
With a four-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp so far, the newcomer has been warmly received by patrons.
Vicki L., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on May 18, wrote, "The vegetarian pho was really good with lots of flavor. I also tried a bit of the bun bo hue (beef noodle soup) and it was also really good. Definitely would come again"
