Other agenda items include:
- Approving a plan to build eight affordable houses by Marcer Construction Co. LLC and the sale of eight vacant lots by the Dallas Housing Acquisition and Development Corp.
- Contracting for three years of vehicle and heavy equipment rental with Sunbelt Rentals Inc. at $2,026,548; Herc Rentals Inc. at $1,827,636; Star Tractor Ltd. at $631,428; EAN Holdings LLC dba Enterprise Rent-A-Car at $627,278; Landmark Equipment Inc. at $608,069; Kirby-Smith Machinery Inc. at $481,585; Four Seasons Equipment LLC at $388,935; CLS Sewer Equipment Co. Inc. at $362,500; Holt Texas Ltd. at $250,200; Metro Golf Cars Inc. at $104,763; and RDO Equipment Co. at $33,155.
