Eclipse, lionhead rabbit

Eclipse is a sweet female lionhead rabbit mix currently residing at MAS Rescue.

She is vaccinated.

Here's what Eclipse's friends at MAS Rescue think of her:

Eclipse is a young (3 or 4 years old), female, Lionhead mix. She has beautiful blue eyes, one white ear, and a gray and white patch on her face and chest. She loves playing with her toys and enjoys being outside in a safe, enclosed area. She is "litter box" trained. She is a shy bun, which is not uncommon, and needs someone who is patient and loving to take the time to let her warm up. She would make an awesome companion for another rabbit. She will do well in a home that is calm and she does best with adult caretakers.

Bebop, bunny rabbit

Bebop is a lovable male bunny rabbit currently housed at House Rabbit Society MD/DC/NoVA.

Bebop is friendly as can be, and he loves cats. He is vaccinated.

More from Bebop:

My name is BeBop. My favorite activities are eating hay and doing binkies. I’d love a home with plenty of safe spaces to explore and a few humans to hop in circles around. I’m a bunny on the go. I’ve developed excellent litter box skills and I don’t mind a few cats around.

Softshell, Soft Shell

Softshell is a female Soft Shell being cared for at Mid-Atlantic Turtle and Tortoise Society.

She has been vaccinated.

More from Softshell:

I'm a female spiney softshell in Fairfax, Va.  I need at least a 100 gallon aquarium, a plastic stock tank, or fenced-in outdoor pond that's dug below the frost line so I can hibernate outside. Although I'm almost 10-inches long, I'm kind of small for an adult female spiny softshell, so I might grow more in the coming years and I could live another 20 years. I need very clean water so a good canister or home-made filter for the water is a must. I cannot be adopted in Maryland unless the adopter has an educational/scientific collection permit from MD DNR.

Apply to adopt Softshell today at Petfinder.

Sulcata Tortoise

Sulcata Tortoise is a darling male Sulcata currently housed at Mid-Atlantic Turtle and Tortoise Society.

He has had all his shots.

Sulcata Tortoise's current caretakers say:

Please note, the sulcatas in the pictures are not the ones currently for adoption. They are representative of the ones that often need homes, though. We occasionally have various sized sulcatas waiting for homes in the area. Full grown sulcatas (which can weigh between 100 and 200 pounds) need a large, fenced-in, predator-proof area to roam and graze in the warm weather (at least a 1/4 acre), and a very large heated enclosure in the winter. Sulcatas do not hibernate. Homes in southern climates are preferred. Smaller tortoises (1 to 20 pounds) can be kept in varous sized totes or plastic stock tanks (which come in 300-gallon sizes).

Apply to adopt Sulcata Tortoises today at Petfinder.
