Missy, poodle

Missy is a female poodle dog being kept at Animal Compassion Team of California.

She is already spayed, and she has had all her shots.

Notes from Missy:

I am a sweet, calm senior at nine years old. I am doing very well in my foster home and enjoy laying on my foster Mom's lap and following her around everywhere. I also like to snuggle with my foster brother and sister to take naps. I am crated-trained and use the doggy door to go in and out to do my business. My foster Mom tells me that I am one of the easiest dogs that she has every fostered and just a joy to have around. I do have some missing teeth and some teeth that may need care in the near future. Also my knees aren't perfect but since I have lost a little of my chubbiness I am getting around much better.

Notes from Jazzy's caretakers:

Jazzy is a long-legged beauty. She has only been at ACT for a short amount of time and we have already seen her open up a lot. When she sees you, her tail goes so fast and her eyes smile. She is nothing but sugar — just so sweet.

Elle, chihuahua

She's been vaccinated.

Notes from Elle's caretakers:

Meet Ellie Elle! She is an adorable little senior, weighing in at eight pounds of love. She's a sweet dog who just wants a warm lap to cuddle up to. Don't let the senior title fool you into thinking she has no energy! This little lady goes zoom zoom throughout the house especially during breakfast and dinner time.

Tyra, whippet mix

Tyra is a sweet female whippet mix being kept at Animal Compassion Team of California.

Tyra is spayed and vaccinated.

From Tyra's current caretaker:

We haven't done justice to this beautiful dog with our website photos. We all said "she looks like a super model" when she arrived so the name Tyra took. She is built like a Whippet or sight hound mixed with probably a shepherd. She is gorgeous and sweet. We are thinking about four years old. You really need to see her in person.
