Philadelphia-based therapeutics and genetics company Tmunity Therapeutics has secured $75 million in Series B funding, according to company database Crunchbase, topping the city’s recent funding headlines. The cash infusion was announced Oct. 31 and led by Andreessen Horowitz.

According to its Crunchbase profile, "Tmunity Therapeutics is developing novel products to unleash the immunological potential of T-cells to treat a wide range of disease indications. In other local funding news, food and beverage company Because Animals announced a seed funding round on Nov. 1, led by KEEN Growth Capital.
