Accused serial killer on the run since 2003 now in custody in Dallas

In a statement released Wednesday by the Dallas Police Department, officials said 42-year-old Jose Sifuentes was extradited from Mexico City to Dallas after Interpol found him hiding out in San Vicente de Gonzalez, Nuevo Leon, Mexico last April. He was wanted for three capital murders that happened in Dallas from 1998-2003, the statement said.
