On Tuesday, September 19, Billy Jackson was last seen on the 2100 block of 103rd Street in the city of Los Angeles at approximately 7:00 A.M. As described by the LASD information release, he is a 5'07" tall Black man, weighing 188 lbs., with black/grey hair and grey eyes. Mr. Jackson was last seen donning a black jacket, grey sweatshirt, and grey sweatpants. The necessity to locate him is heightened as he requires daily medication for his ailments.
The missing individual may be driving a 2005 light green Toyota Camry bearing a California license plate number 5PPU703.
