Originally crafted in 1999 for Chang Yu-fa, chair of the Evergreen Shipping Line by Evergreen Shipyard, this monumental yacht was later snapped up by Washington in 2007. He undertook a hefty 3.5-year overhaul, morphing the vessel into its current state as documented by SuperYachtFan. This makeover, administered by Washington Yachting Group, substantially altered the yacht's bow, stern, and superstructure. It also upgraded its blueprint to meet Lloyds and MCA class specifications.
