Standing apart from other Italian eateries, Jemma redefines top-quality Italian cuisine by eliminating the intricacies often associated with establishments like Funke or La Dolce Vita while offering a seating capacity of approximately 100 patrons in its 4,000 square-foot dining space. Kalb's passion for perfection is evident in the meticulous development of menu items, with one and a half years devoted solely to perfect the in-house bread for the Italian beef sandwiches.
Serving as an homage to Italian American classics with contemporary inflections, Jemma's menu lures food enthusiasts with the melding of old and new culinary delights.
