Eat Fantastic, a burgeoning craft burger chain from Southern California, is set to open two additional locations in Long Beach and Glendora. These new outlets will be the eighth and ninth for the brand, according to information released by What Now Los Angeles yesterday.
A recently filed ABC application indicates quick progress for the Glendora location, replacing Angelo's Burgers on Route 66. In contrast, the Long Beach store will make its home on the city's notable Retro Row, taking the place of Golden Burger, conveniently just across from the now-closed Portfolio Coffeehouse.
Branding itself as the "next generation of fantastic," Eat Fantastic touts a menu that features classics along with innovative twists. Its seven current restaurants reside in Arcadia, El Segundo, Long Beach Marketplace, Lomita, Tustin, North Torrance, and Norco, and ranging from breakfast delights, burgers, salads, sandwiches, to ice cream. In except the Marketplace outlet, other locations enjoy the facility of a drive-thru, expected to be included in the Glendora and Long Beach locations, as mentioned on the brand's website.
Eat Fantastic's proactive approach to expansion, coupled with its commitment to menu innovation, puts it in a strong spot to continue to flourish in the SoCal dining scene as a fan favorite. The soon-to-open Glendora and Long Beach locales are signs of this achievement, and food lovers eagerly await their opening.
