An explosion took place on Friday, October 6, in a commercial building located at 2328 E Washington Boulevard in downtown Los Angeles. The Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) reported structural damage from the blast, and luckily no injuries were reported. Firefighters reached the scene at 08:16 PM to mitigate any further dangers.
No additional explosions or fires were discovered at the site. According to the LAFD's report, the premises didn't pose any escalating threats. To investigate the cause of the explosion and establish a safe course of action, Hazardous Materials specialists will deployed to the scene. Firefighters have been directed to proceed with caution and isolate the area.
