
Yesterday, a significant fire broke out at a two-story residential fourplex in Vermont Square, Los Angeles. The incident resulted in serious damage to the property and temporary displacement of residents, as reported by the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD).
Taking just 21 minutes to control and eliminate the blaze, a team of 30 LAFD firefighters combated huge plumes of smoke pouring from the attic, as per an LAFD update.
According to the LAFD, the ongoing investigation into the fire's cause will offer important information for local authorities.
