The Irvine Police Department's Special Weapons and Tactics Team executed a combined training exercise with the Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) at the OCFA Fire Academy in Irvine yesterday. This collaboration served as an opportunity not only to enhance responder skills, but also to introduce the Lenco BearCat MedEvac rescue vehicle, according to the Facebook post of the Irvine Police Department.
The training session included various critical incident circumstances, ranging from breaching doors to rescuing hostages.
