Yesterday, the arrest of Tracy Lane Bryan, a 68-year-old from Kernville, has unfolded at a Chevron gas station in California. Bryan is alleged to have aimed a rifle at a store clerk and proceeded to take several items from the shop, as reported by the SBSD - Barstow Sheriff's Department.
The weapon brandished by Bryan was revealed to be a BB gun equipped with an extended magazine. However, the incident alarmed the onlookers and a good Samaritan who intervened.
Currently, Bryan faces incarceration with a set bail of $50,000 for robbery charges, under California PC 211, as per the Barstow Sheriff's Department's report.
